Amolitta Pasta is a small company of pizza and pasta professionals passionate about making best quality traditional dried pasta in Portland Maine. We imported our equipment from Italy. Our pasta is made with USA grown semolina, extruded with bronze dies for rough texture that clings to the sauce, and dried at low temperature for better flavor and true al dente. Our packaging is compostable. Simply remove the stickers, and tin tie at the top of the bag, and compost at home or where available in your area. Buon Appetito!
